分为基础和进阶两种不同程度的课程，基础课程包括
Car control at greater speed (braking and steering) 高速煞车与转向 (200KM/H)
Understanding the appropriate cornering technique 了解适当的转向技巧
Demonstrating and understanding performance capabilities of the cars 了解并驾驭车辆极限性能
Wet weather car control (safety features on and off) 湿地控制
Managing fatigue 疲劳驾驶管理
进阶课程包括
Combination slalom with swerve and avoid building on speed and steering control on each run. 绕锥行驶和车速与方向盘控制
Vision and throttle control. 视野和车速控制
Threshold breaking and corner throttle control to develop an understanding of car balance on corners. 煞车极限与转向动态了解
Demonstrating and understanding performance and technical capabilities of the cars 了解并驾驭车辆极限性能
Heavy braking and heavy steering input (‘Lift off oversteer’ movement) 急速煞车与急速打方向盘
Threshold braking and corner throttle control 急速煞车与油门管理
使用车辆：高七 GTI 或 R
